Terms
These terms and conditions govern the rental of Chalet Elio and apply to all bookings made through this website. They also apply to all guests during their stay.
Reservation
A reservation is confirmed only after payment and security deposit have been confirmed, according to the terms and conditions indicated at the time of booking.
Maximum number of occupants
The chalet can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
All persons must be registered.
Failure to declare or exceeding the maximum number may result in the cancellation of the stay without refund.
Minimum stay
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
Cleaning fees
A mandatory cleaning fee per stay applies to all bookings.
Animals
Pets are only allowed if declared at the time of booking and may be subject to additional charges.
Respect for the neighborhood and the premises
Respect for the premises and the neighborhood is a priority. All occupants must abide by the same rules. If a complaint is made and there is a refusal to comply, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately, without refund.
Landlords and guests must respect the peace and quiet of the cottage and the neighborhood, and agree to use the cottage (and its premises) carefully and in accordance with its residential purpose.
Parties and events are prohibited.
Terms
No watercraft from another lake or body of water may be used.
Renters must bring their own life jacket or other water safety equipment and ensure that it is adequate for their planned activity on the water (float, life jacket, other).
The applicable cancellation policy is the one indicated at the time of booking.
Arrival and departure times are those indicated in the booking confirmation.
Others
All bookings imply full acceptance of these conditions.
The owner cannot be held responsible for events beyond their control that may affect the stay.
If any damage occurs during the stay, the tenant must notify the landlord as soon as possible. If no damage has been reported by the landlord, but the landlord or one of their representatives observes damage to the property, they will issue a documented notice and inform the landlord.
An amount may be deducted from the security deposit if damage is found to the property and/or belongings.
If no damage is found, the deposit is fully refunded within 15 days of the rental.
